"I've sculpted this miniature during a vacation. Like many pieces I've worked on, perhaps even all of them, this one is made from Fimo. Of course, this sort of thing is quickly sculpted, a greatful reprieve between two long-term projects! I'd already done a pig in the past, with a more realistic look, so I wanted to make this one simpler, give it rounder curves, make it look fatter. I liked the idea of it being afraid, its eyes under its paws. I needed a reason for it to be afraid: I gave him a slot on his back. Now that he's a piggy bank, he's got a good reason to hide!"
Finest quality polyurethane resin, supplied unpainted. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small pieces. The photography presents an exemple of the painted miniature.
