Historique
"For weeks the scorched earth had cracked under the effects of the drought. The soil was pounded to dust beneath the tired hooves of ragged herds seeking increasingly scarce food. What little grass that remained was as brittle as straw.
But this morning nature awakened to the joyous trills of birds nesting in the acacias.
The dry grass undulated in the rising wind and rumbling thunder chased its echoes across the sky.
The sky was painted in crimson and indigo - dark, colorful promises of rebirth.
The savannah came alive with noises - agitated, nervous, anxious, and anticipating.
The young lion enjoyed the humid breeze running through his mane.
The first drops were heavy and impressive, full of life. They struck the ground one at a time, then more and more, quickly escalating into a hissing downpour.
It rains."
